Detail profiles can add physical-description fields such as height, weight, hair, eyes, city, state, zip code, alias information, scars, marks, tattoos, and booking history. The research also found booking-history values such as OR, BAIL, PERJUDGE, and 10PERCENT. Those values describe a jail or court event. They are not a finding of guilt.
Are San Miguel County Mugshots Public?
New Mexico research did not locate a single official San Miguel County statement saying every mugshot is always public. The stronger legal frame is broader public-record law. The New Mexico Department of Justice describes the Inspection of Public Records Act as one of the state's core sunshine laws.
