Information You Choose to Provide
Search Terms
When a name, location, or similar search detail is entered into a partner search tool, that request is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. San Miguel County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms.
Messages
If you email or send a contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to review it and respond. It is not shared outside the organization unless a valid legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.

Outside Websites and Public Records
This site links to county detention pages, sheriff and court resources, New Mexico Corrections Department tools, the New Mexico Courts IPRA portal, BOP, ICE, VINELink, and third-party search providers. After you leave this site, the destination site's own privacy notice and terms control its collection and use of information.
New Mexico's Inspection of Public Records Act concerns access to government records. It does not make this private site the custodian of San Miguel County booking records, court files, or correctional records.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and provide interest-based ads.
