What the Site Provides

This is a private reference website. It does not hold official jail records, court records, booking photos, warrants, or correctional files, and it cannot confirm current custody, release anyone, accept bonds, or file documents.

The site points visitors toward San Miguel County jail resources, New Mexico Corrections Department tools, New Mexico court and IPRA resources, federal locators, and third-party research services.

Allowed Use

• Use the site only in a lawful way.
• Do not use information found here to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not rely on site content for hiring, firing, housing, lending, insurance, licensing, or other regulated eligibility decisions.
• Do not attempt to access systems, accounts, files, or code without authorization.

No Consumer Reports or FCRA Use

This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
